Well today was a very hard day for us as we said goodbye to our nanny Juliet. Juliet has been with us since I finished my mat leave. But next week
Rebecca will head off to daycare for the first time and financially I could not have both.
Rebecca is
extremely smart and knows all her numbers, colours, days of the weeks and at a look knows about 30 words such as cat, dog, hat etc..I think we now need to get her used to sharing her time with other children as next year it will be
JK. Gino has already shed a few tears about next week so it will be interesting as
Rebecca has never been left anywhere at this point. I will let you know who has the hardest time Gino or
Rebecca lol..we will always love Juliet for all the love she has given

Hi everyone it is hard to believe that summer is almost over. I took the week of August 20th off and we decided that we would take Rebecca to Marine Land. Well the summer has been hot and dry until I took a few days off. We arrived in Niagra Falls on Monday morning and it was overcast and light rain. By the afternoon it was about 14 degrees and we were wet and cold. Tuesday was no better. Rebecca really enjoyed herself and loved the animals so that was really all that mattered. I have posted a few pictures. Posting is not easy these days I keep getting booted out...

We have been teaching Rebecca how to sit with a skirt on but when I seen this picture she just looked so grown up....This is one mommy that is not eager for her to grow up.....
